We are located at 1 Second Chin Bee Road; Self collection orders will be at this address

Mon-Fri 9:00AM to 12:00PM , 1:00PM to 4:30PM
Sat: 8:00AM to 11:00AM

Where do you deliver to and what are the delivery charges?

We provide island-wide delivery services across Singapore

A flat fee of 12 SGD is charged for orders < $150 SGD
Free delivery for orders $150 SGD and above

When can I expect my delivery upon order confirmation?

For normal orders
Delivery will take 3 - 5 working days dependant on where your delivery location is at

For pre-orders
This is dependant on when the shipment arrives at our warehouse We will only provide an estimate once the shipment has arrived

1) We will only provide the date of delivery
2) Delivery timings will depend on the driver delivery route which we are unable to control
3) Please ensure you have someone to receive the order or let us know via our whatsapp hotline on delivery arrangements

What are your payment methods?

We accept payment by paynow

Do you accept payment on delivery?

We only accept this form of transaction for self collection on a case by case basis
We do not provide delivery on payment services

What are your refund / exchange policies?

At Xin Taiwan Galleria, we do our best to ensure that the highest quality products are being delivered to your doorstep.

In the event that you receive an item that is expired or spoilt; please send us a picture of the item to our whatsapp hotline within 24 hours of the delivery date and if validated we will do a refund/exchange with you accordingly
