Two-Fish Crisp (兩種魚酥)
This fish crisp is made using local seafood. It blends milkfish (raised together with clams in Haomei Village, Budai, Chiayi) and mackerel scad in an ideal golden ratio of fish paste. The seawater-raised milkfish and mackerel scad have naturally sweet, chewy meat with rich flavor. The perfectly balanced fish paste results in a light, crispy snack filled with savory fish aroma — so delicious you’ll find yourself eating one bag after another.

The wasabi flavor uses premium wasabi from Alishan in Chiayi, making the combination of fish crisp and wasabi especially delightful. Even those who are hesitant about wasabi are encouraged to give it a try!

How to Enjoy:
Ready to eat once opened. Please consume promptly after opening to prevent moisture from affecting texture and aroma. You can also add the fish crisps to soup — they will absorb the broth, becoming soft outside but still crisp inside for a unique taste.

兩種魚酥
這款魚酥結合在地漁產製作而成,使用嘉義布袋好美里與文蛤混養的虱目魚搭配午仔魚,調製出完美黃金魚漿比例。海水養殖的虱目魚及午仔魚肉質鮮甜、Q彈有油脂香氣,魚漿比例完美,吃起來無負擔,酥脆可口,每口都是滿滿的魚香味,令人一包接一包、越吃越好吃。
山葵口味則採用嘉義阿里山的高級山葵製作,魚酥搭配山葵風味絕佳。不敢吃山葵的人也值得一試!

食用方式
開封後即可食用;開封後請儘速食用完畢,以免受潮影響口感與香氣。也可加入羹湯中,讓魚酥吸收湯汁,外濕內酥,別有一番風味。
